All production parameters stored as a recipe, continuous monitoring of productivity, generation of a digital twin for each stator segment, 100% measurement and random sample entry with automatic analysis, remote monitoring and support functions, machine learning and self-optimization are features that make BPS® production technology a complete solution for your stator production.

Further development of the BPS® system is progressing rapidly. It is a complete production system that enables the manufacture of high-precision bonded stator segments anywhere in the world, ideally at the production site of the downstream process steps. Detailed knowledge of punching or stacking processes, tools, bonding processes, etc. is not required. A system operator operates the fully automated system.

• Comprehensive monitoring of punching tools and easy tool changes within minutes (plug-and-play style)
• 100% monitoring of important features, derivation of trends and monitoring of intervention limits
