Production lines with a market partner: Global industrialization of bonded lamination stacks
We work together with the Schuler Group GmbH to industrialize bonded stacks as full circle stators or full circle rotors. The combination of a Schuler punching press with SWD EPS® technology enables fully automated production of lamination stacks. The punching and bonding processes are coordinated with one another, which enables the greatest possible output quantity. The integration of inspection systems and the generation of digital twins results in a one-of-a-kind production solution.
Complete production line for bonded lamination stacks
State-of-the-art production of lamination stacks requires a high degree of automation, interconnection, and digitalization. The SWD EPS® technology is the world’s first fully automatic bonded stator and rotor industrialization system.
With Schuler Group GmbH, we have the opportunity to set up a complete production line. From punching, pre-stacking, bonding with EPS® technology, testing, and packaging to assembly of the system at the customer’s premises – together we can offer the entire production line.
This provides our customers with an industrialization solution for bonded lamination stacks from a single source and guarantees that the processes are coordinated with one another.
