Maximum precision tools

Our tool production achieves maximum precision. We work with air-conditioned eroding machines and use special materials for punching and baking tools. Our toolmaking department also has expertise in the coating and machining of active parts for maximum service life. Design and manufacturing accuracy are measured and recorded with the utmost precision with our ZEISS measuring machines. The punched lamellae are also precisely measured using projectors. We compare the dimensions of the active parts with the dimensions of the punched parts. Depending on the geometry and material thickness, the punched lamellas behave differently. We are factoring these differences into the further optimization of the punching tools. This enables us to achieve maximum precision components for our tools, which in turn is the starting point for precise stators and rotors. Together with our digital process data, we anticipate changes proactively and at an early stage.
