With our latest BPS® Flex and EPS® Flex systems, we produce mass-produced parts right from the start.
With our new, fully automated BPS®Flex line for manufacturing stator segments, we bridge the gap from the prototype phase to large-scale series production. The system is based on the tried-and-tested BPS®-concept.The BPS®-Flex system supports rapid conversion and is therefore ideally suited to represent the fully automatic BPS®-process right from the start-up stage. This allows us to produce fully automated series parts in a short succession after the sample phase. Parallel to this, a specific BPS®system can be built and as part of a capacity increase the tools can be transferred to this specific BPS®system. This allows us to seamlessly scale up.
The new EPS® Flex enables fast baking of full stators and solid rotors from the sample phase onwards. The customer has the choice of producing initial samples using a batch furnace or starting series production with EPS® technology. We can also map a series ramp-up on this EPS® Flex, including robot-based loading and unloading. This makes it possible to visualize the entire baking process at an early stage. At the same time, a specific EPS® system can be built and the baking tools and robot grippers can be taken over. This allows us to seamlessly scale up again.
